"The CyberFirst bursary offers students £4,000 per university year, tax-free. If you’re applying to study a degree or already at university, with at least two years of full-time study left to go in September 2023 then you’re eligible. No matter your financial situation or the degree you study, our CyberFirst bursary will help you get started in the cyber world. You’ll do an eight week summer placement to build your knowledge and experience at our CyberFirst Academy or you’ll have an opportunity to work along-side industry and government, spending 8 weeks at one of over 100 industry partners. You don’t need to come to us with existing coding skills. If you’re willing to learn, we’ll teach you the rest. You receive £2,000 for your summer work and a discretionary contribution towards your living costs. After you’ve graduated, we’ll also help to place you in a cyber security job. Put your studies to good use on our university bursary programme."
