TGS Careers Fair Inspiring Futures - Wednesday 8 March 2023 - 6pm to 7.30pm

TGS Careers Fair is a sponsored event which takes place in person, in the IBarn building. Fifty volunteers from a wide variety of careers chat informally, one to one, with students from years 10 and above. Students have the opportunity to talk to as many volunteers as time allows, sparking imaginations and options for their own informed post school decisions and plans.

We are enormously grateful to all the volunteers for their time and expertise. The passion they have for their field of work will undoubtedly inspire the futures of our young people - even if their jobs don't exist yet.

Inspiring Futures Snapshot Recordings

Alongside the in person event on 8 March, we are also inviting volunteers to provide (voluntarily only) a short (max 3 mins) recording which will offer students a snapshot to further expand their ideas.  A suggested format of the recording is: who you are, what you do, what field of work, how you got to where you are now. What sparked your interest in the career you chose. Anything you would change. Top tips.
