Re family connections at TGS, I was there 1954-60 and Helen (my daughter) 1976-1981 and then Richard (grandson) did his PGCE with you a couple of years ago. I have two great granddaughters (one started Junior School this week) so perhaps there will another generation at the school one day.
Also our little group continue to meet regular for lunch - it must 70 years since we met at TGS. (Gill Bradley, Pat Collins, Toni Johnston, Janet Norman, Carole Stretch and Carol Wickham).
