Hannah Alderman Class of 2018 chats to EconSoc
On Tuesday 2 March we were so lucky to have an amazing first EconSoc session with a talk from a former TGS student who shared her journey, from completing the IB here in 2018, to earning a First Class Honours degree in Economics and Finance at the University of York, starting out in investment banking at Berenberg, and now working in Investor Relations at ASOS.
It was really inspiring to hear from someone who sat in the same classrooms as us and has already built such an impressive career. We got a lot of great insights about university, careers in finance, and how to make the most of opportunities. Thank you so much again to Hannah for taking the time to provide us with useful insight into her career pathway!
