I often think about Tonbridge Grammar and feel grateful for how well prepared I was for university by the school

I am pleased to report I passed my BVMedSci degree (end of 3rd year at Nottingham) with first class honours in December, so I am half way to being a vet! This year I am undertaking an integrated Masters of Research in equine wound management. I am working with the British Horse Society and three amazing supervisors to produce an educational campaign on equine wounds, which I will hopefully be able to send to you one it is live in March 2024.

I have loved every minute of vet school so far, and often think about Tonbridge Grammar and feel grateful for how well prepared I was for university by the school. I am really enjoying the last few years of my education, living in my van, with my dog and two horses with me at university - not your typical student life but it works for me and I’m loving it!

It’s great to hear from you, Tonks your wellbeing dog and Mr McDaid! I hope you are all well,

Anna class of 2019
