I loved my time at Tonbridge - I was there from 1976 -1983. I was a boarder. One of my favourite subjects was French and remember the excellent teaching of Madame Taylor and Madame Williams. I studied Dutch at Hull and University of Rotterdam. In the Netherlands I got my HR qualifications and worked as a Senior HR Advisor at Aramco. In a “now or never” moment, my husband and I decided to give Sydney, Australia, a go. If we didn't like it, we could always move back to Europe. However, over 20 years later - here we are. I work part-time in the school office at Covenant Christian School; love my golf - a couple of weeks ago got my first hole-in-one (obviously a great deal of luck involved) and I play the electric guitar in our church band (plenty of room for improvement there too!).
